Before you come in

1. Back up your product:

Please be sure to back up the data on your iPhone — either on your computer or using iCloud. Learn how to back up your iPhone, iPad and iPod touch

2. Sign out of iCloud:

To service your device, Find My will need to be temporarily turned off. In order to turn off Find My, you must know your Apple ID and Password.

3. Fully charge your device:

During the repair process, your device will need to be fully charged in order to run a diagnostic report to determine whether it or any of its other components are fully functional.

Warranty

Apple warranty covers 2 Years from the date of purchase. (1 Year of international warranty and 1 extra Year of local warranty). The Apple Limited Warranty covers your Apple device and the Apple-branded accessories that come in the box with your product against manufacturing issues for one year from the date you bought them. Apple-branded accessories purchased separately are covered by the Apple Limited Warranty for Accessories. This includes adapters, spare cables, wireless chargers, or cases. Our warranty is in addition to rights provided by consumer law.

Guarantee

We guarantee our service, including replacement parts, for 90 days or the remaining term of your Apple warranty or AppleCare plan, whichever is longer. This is in addition to your rights provided by consumer law. 
Replacement equipment that Apple provides as part of the repair or replacement service may contain new or previously used genuine Apple parts that have been tested and pass Apple functional requirements.

  • The original copy of this Service Form should be presented to collect your unit.
  • Diagnosis duration is up to 3 business days. The estimated delivery date is 7 to 14 business days, depending on the availability of spare parts required.
  • Aleph will not be responsible for any data loss. Erasing all data and reinstalling OS/iOS is required for diagnosis. Please back up your data, remove all personal information you want to protect, and disable all security passwords before you visit us to deliver your product.
  • Diagnosis costs will be charged for all out of warranty & physically damaged units. In case of quotation refusal, charges are as follows:
    Mac: SAR230
    iPhone & iPad: SAR115.
  • In case of liquid damage unauthorized modifications and/or non-genuine parts found (e.g., “non-original display”), the company will not be responsible for any damage that might occur during diagnosis and might be unable to return the device to the same condition as received from the customer.
  • Operating System re-installation is not covered by warranty. Charges apply as follows:
    Mac SAR288.
    iPhone, iPad, iPod, and other devices SAR115.
  • Service will be provided as per Apple’s Hardware Warranties policy http://www.apple.com/legal/warranty/
  • Please make sure to deactivate Activation Lock (iCloud/Find My iPhone) from iOS units before delivering to service. We will not accept any device with Find My iPhone enabled.
  • Service Providers do not provide FMI – Find My iPhone (iCloud) deactivation service. In case you need assistance, please contact AppleCare Call Center https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201232.
  • Maximum units accepted per appointment are limited to one device only. If you need to deliver more units, please book another appointment.
  • Aleph will not be responsible for any accessories installed on devices such as screen protectors, etc.
  • You will not have any claims over the unit if it’s not collected within 30 days of intimation or after 90 days from the day on the service form.
