On what basis is the device evaluated?

The system evaluates the device based on its condition at the time of evaluation.

For example: Does the device work and charge or not? Is there a cracked screen, scratches, or dents? Do all buttons and cameras work? All these points affect the evaluation, in addition to the device model and year of manufacture.

Can I trade in any device, or only Apple devices?

We accept all devices in our stores regardless of the brand and model.

Can I trade in multiple old devices for a new one?

Yes, you can trade in multiple devices at the same time, whether it's an iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, or Mac

How can I increase the trade-in value of my old device?

For Apple devices, the device must be in good condition, and Find My iPhone must be turned off when evaluating for the best price. If Find My iPhone is activated, the device will be evaluated as non-functional.

Can I trade in my old device and buy later?

You can get your device evaluated and receive an Aleph Gift Card for the trade-in value and purchase at a later time.

Will my data be safe?

We will wipe all information on your device after you approve the price.
